Tamar and Teign Close in Peterlee is an affordable housing development of 41 homes.  27 of the properties on Teign Close are two- and three-bedroom wheelchair adaptable bungalows set around a green open space. 14 properties on Tamar Close are three bedroomed two storey houses, the saw tooth roof design of these homes gives the development a unique identity which responds to the local vernacular.
