Project: Beaumont House Care Home

Beaumont House is located in the town centre of Hucknall, this brownfield redevelopment site presented a design challenge due to the site’s topography and dense urban context. The building has a deceptive scale, from the street frontage it appears to be a two-storey domestic scale building, though provides accommodation for 79 residents. The extensive facilities within the home along with courtyard garden spaces provide residents with the comforts of home with 24hour support for those with residential, respite and dementia care needs.
